This little vacuum is the best thing I’ve purchased in a while. As a busy mum it is the perfect addition to my household. Suction is very good has two setting one which even bring up stuff stuck to the floor (which happens often with a toddler). It is light to carry around easily and can be put into its box which easily fits into a small cupboard so makes putting away effortless. The colour is nice and the overall look is lovely and modern. The only thing I would say is it does get warm whilst holding but that’s usually by the time I’m finished. Brill product very happy.

I have had it for over a month now , and it is so lightweight , compared to my last two , i use it 90% of the time , and only use the big one now for a deep clean.Due to health issues , affecting strength at times , a big hoover can be difficult. but this has been a breeze, easy to use and clean. amazing value for money.Its not the most powerful vacuum cleaner , but suits me perfectly, i have had no issues with quality or overheating , as others have mentioned .Definitely recommended

Terrible! What can I say? Doesn’t suck up anything other than hair and surface level dust. If you want it to pick anything bigger up, a grain of rice perhaps, good luck! Brush setting takes 4 goes to engage on the main head. The small brush for edges again the bristle section takes about 8 goes to get it to stay in place. The motor heat exhausts are placed in such a way that they heat the handle up to a realllllly uncomfortable temperature. The tubes come away from the vacuum far too often so find myself rebuilding it every two minutes. Literally have no confidence that this is getting any dirt or dust off my carpet. Tried the vacuum with no head attached and it wouldn’t suck up lightweight dust from 2 inches away. No suction whatsoever only used it twice. Garbage. Spend another 15 quid and get something far better. People who have highly starred this must have dirty floors that’s all I can say.

If you're looking for something that does the job, easily, then this is your hoover. Main advantages here are the fact it's lightweight, so you really don't put much effort in when you're hoovering. It's very easy to wind up as well, you don't need to bend down or anything. Very easy to clean and remove the dirt from inside. Two options on the hoover for carpet or hard floor which is ideal. Bear in mind, it's not the most powerful, but you can't expect that in this package. This is all about convenience. Really the only thing you're missing here is the cordless feature. But obviously at this price point you can't expect that.

For its cost I didn't expect anything more. It's not super powerful vacuum but it makes its job. I bought it for keeping my apartment tide for few weeks since my dyson has been shipped to the new house. It's pretty light and easy to handle it. Reaching areas under sofas/beds its a bit more complicated since its broom doesn't stay attached on the floor but it goes up when the whole machine is in horizontal position. Also works better on hard floors than on carpets. Pay attention to the filter since it's very easy the dust goes around it, the vacuum overheats and then stops working (I guess to prevent permanent damage - which is very smart). In that case you just need to leave it alone to cool down and clean the filter. It does its job.

When this hoover first arrived, It was just sitting there in the box and in the position from when it got delivered. Few weeks later I was surprised by how good the suction was and it was just what I needed having a toddler walking around dropping crisps and everything else. Only emptied the cylinder a few days ago for the 1st time. Thats when I realised how cheap the actually material of the hoover is. Anyway. Today decided to hoover out my car after taking out the big bits of crisps and whatever else so I dnt block the suction. Turns the hoover on a third time, hoover does not want to come on. So that's it! It has packed it. It was decent but not worth £28 for a few weeks.

Had it for a year before I noticed some issues with the vacuum the first of which was loss of suction and me having to go over areas multiple times, right now I have to go over something 5 times and even then it still doesn't pick up everything and that's on both carpet and laminate flooring. Then it started to get very hot to the touch and now I can't use it for more than 10 minutes before it turns itself off and won't turn on until its cooled down which usually takes anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. It was originally a fantastic vacuum it's just let down by the fact it didn't last very long so now I have to buy a new vacuum. I've got a dyson that's 8 years old and a handheld vacuum that's 6 years old both going strong although the dyson has a part that keeps falling off but doesn't affect the vacuum. I just needed a small vacuum for upstairs as I find it difficult to carry a vacuum up and down my stairs and my upstairs landing isn't very big so needed a small vacuum that can easily move around.
