These lights are very bright as expected. A bit over-priced but came with a plastic film to protect the finish which is a plus. I still don't know why they generate quite an amount of heat despite being LEDs. If you are using a dimmer make sure to connect them in parallel. The cable the came attached to them is a very thin gauge so I had to use liquid tape to splice them to the power cable instead of using solder.

Wife and I purchased these to replace/upgrade the incandescent lights in our 5th wheel. We narrowed our decision down to two options, but we ended up going with this product because we preferred the trim bezel over the other. My wife also preferred the cool white of this LED over the other option we were considering. There are other options out there similar to this product that provide more lumens, but given the space and our application - these LEDs were a great fit! As others have mentioned, they fit nice & snug within a 2 1/8" hole which leaves you the OPTION on using screws or not. Our remodel included tongue & groove walls & ceilings, and these LEDs helped to make a lovely finishing touch for our project!Would purchase again and would recommend.

I love these lights. I was pleasantly surprise.I work on sail boats 32' up to 45' and none on the LDS lights in any of the boat are as nice as these. The ones in the boats have half as many LEDs.You can see thm. These lights are much brighter and seem to have two times as many LEDs.They are very bright and uniform. You don't see LEDs juts nice light.I haven't had time to use them to see how long they last. When my project is done I will add better photos.This is an office I'm building in my step van. thats only three little LEDs lighting up the room. The room is about 7'x7'

Fantastic lights. Replaced all my OEM lights in my motorhome with these mounted in 1x4 red oak boards, screwed into the ceiling and wired them into the existing wiring. When cutting a hole, if you use a 2 1/8" hole saw, these pucks fit into the hole. I have not had to use screws to secure them, but the holes are there if I ever need them. The LED replacement bulbs for the OEM fixtures just do not provide the lighting that we wanted, so these dream lighting lights were a pleasant surprise.

I ordered these to use in a motorhome I am building. I have not installed them yet but I did hook temporary power to one in the dark garage and I think it will be adequate for my application. This is why I only gave a three star rating.

They were a good replacement for recessed lights in our boat. Very happy that they're dimmable!

This was a direct replacement for the original halogen light bulbs that came with my boat. Fit fit perfectly It was easy to install and it makes a huge difference in the lighting
