Easy to use and did the trick. I got two jackets washed and waterproofed out of this quantity of spray repellant and plenty of detergent to do more so I ordered a second spray and still have some detergent left over for next year. Bonus was I could finish the jackets in the dryer! I suggest spreading out your clothing on a drop cloth and lifting the sleeves to get underarm area, then turning the garment over to spray the other side as the you can get the more spray in a downward motion than forward towards a hanging garment that wants to move around.

We recently traveled to the PNW and needed rain gear for our family of 5 on a budget. I bought all of our rain coats used and used this to make sure that we would be adequately protected from the rain. No one got wet, I did see a tiny bit of failure on one of my kids jackets but considering I treated so much gear with this one order I think it may have been inadequate application on my part. I would definitely purchase this again.

Great product.! Does waterproof

I got the wash and spray DWR kit. I also ordered the wash-in DWR separately. I washed 3 "breathable" jackets (one Gore-Tex), a dry bag and a nylon kayak sprayskirt, then used the wash-in DWR and dried as recommended (hung the dry bag and sprayskirt). Once dry, I planned on hitting all of it with the spray for extra protection, but the nozzle on the spray can is 100% clogged. Apparently a common issue with this product. Amazon is sending me another, so we'll see, and I'll update this review after I finish the treatment (if I can) and have a chance to test the gear.

Great used on our castle jackets cleaned them the sprayed the dwr on it and ran in dryer for 30 mins

One bottle covered about one jacket and one hat. Doesn’t work well at all - total waste of money
