These tiny brushes are excellent to get right between your teeth but remember to use the correct size as all are different..ask your dentist they will recommend the exact correct size for you to use.

I've been using these interdental brushes on the advice of my dentist, who says they're more effective than flossing. My teeth are very close together and I started with the finest pink 0.4 brushes, which are flimsy and bend very easily, needing replacing every day, and I almost gave up. Thankfully I've managed to work up to the 0.5 red brushes which are still a bit flimsy but do at least last a few days each. After a few weeks, I've noticed a difference between my front teeth, which feel smoother, and for most of my teeth they're easier to use than floss. They are tricky to use at the back of my mouth though, and there are some angles that just don't work and I need the floss picks. They are very expensive for little brushes, and seem quite wasteful as you just have to throw them out when they warp too much or the bristles flatten, but they are effective and hopefully will make a difference used regularly.

Very easy to use especially when you use the right size brush. The colours indicate the different size brushes. Tiny brush goes in easy but isn’t effective, I find that red and yellow work best for me. If used regularly like daily, they slip in the gaps easily, if you’ve left it some time, you have to be gentle and use the smaller ones first then the correct brush.
