Works very well
My brother had to make a slight adjustment to the hole because it didn't match my 2006 unit. Wasn't shocked about that. Other than that it works very well with the new unit on top and has more settings than my old unit.

Perfect fit and good quality.
I purchased this for an older Dometic duo therm Brisk air RV a/c unit. This was for a non-ducted installation. The fit was perfect and it works great. It does come with a new thermostat and control switches with knobs and the long bolts that hold the a/c to the roof. This is a complete inside installation kit. Slightly different design than the original one, but the fit and connections were exact.

Thermostat has 2.5f temp swing.
This lower unit thermostat has a 2.5f temp swing from compressor on to comp off and back again. Usually a thermostat has a 1f to 1.5f temp swing. Not adjustable. And thermostat malfunctions a couple of times a day and will either not disengage compressor thus dropping temp an extra 5 degrees or will miss engaging compressor and run the temp 4-5 degrees too hot. Recorded data on a temp probe that uploads data to the cloud. Conclusion.. faulty thermostat. Looking at rewiring unit for digital thermostat .. Having a thermostat that ranges 13-15 f Hi-Lo from a single set point is unacceptable.
