Love It. Works great. The only thing is that it does get clogged at time and not all the cheese is able to get out.

It is well made, durable, and has a sturdy grip on the counter top. I can shred a one-pound block of cheese very easily in a couple minutes (just have to cut in half lengthwise first). The shredder inserts are dishwasher safe. It's super easy to assemble, use, and clean. It's a huge time saver! And the cheese comes out so soft and easy to melt. It's a thousand times better than pre-shredded bags of cheese.

I found using block cheese and shredding it myself is better but far too tedious with a regular box shredder. I shredded a whole pound block of cheese in less than a minute. It was easy to assemble, it's not hard to turn with my arthritis in my arms and hands. Matter of fact I actually wanted to go buy more cheese just to shred it. It's satisfying to watch it come out of the drum! Cleaning and disassembling and reassembling is so easy! Couple of buttons you push down on to release the arm, and drum holder. It has suction bottom to lock into place! That's most definitely a big selling point for me. I hate when it just slides around with traditional shredders. I'd buy this again. I'd also buy this as gifts for everyone in my family because cheese is life and everyone needs a good shredder in their life. I used the the fine grating ability because I made homemade pizza. It was so perfect. I found it easy to store. It's small when disassemble. Or if you put it in a cabinet it works well for storage that way too. It was a good buy for the price. You can slice veggies with it also I've not tried that yet. I'm just happy about the cheese being shredded so well!

Works beautifully! I use it for 8 oz cheese blocks with the coarse grater for mozzarella and cheddar, and the fine grater for parmesan. Saves so much time and trouble! I do pull the cheese out of the barrel periodically, so it doesn't get bound up in there. Easy to wash. The whole thing comes apart quickly for cleaning, and I just use a little dish brush. Most of the cheese comes off with just a hot water rinse, actually, but I still use dish soap. Somehow, the grater barrels power thru cheese, but don't feel sharp to the touch. The suction works great too. As long as the counter is reasonably clean, it sticks every time and stays put. I've used it for a year, and have had zero issues. Wish I'd bought this a long time ago. I no longer buy pre-grated cheese now.

It just works. Easy setup, easy clean, very little waste (which can be extracted and used), easy cranking, just no downsides at all. Works great on chicken; make small chunks or ground chicken. My aging cat won't eat his food without some finely chopped chicken mixed. This is a daily use for this grater. Makes finely chopped nuts. I've chopped all kinds of nuts in it. A bit too finer than what is best for chocolate brownies, but for salads and the like, it's just fine. And, of course, works great for cheeses. Course for soup toppers and fine blade for most parmasean cheese uses (though I like my parmasean done with the course). Vegetables .... great where you want smaller bits like in some soups where you want the vegetable, but don't want it to be too obvious or too chunky. I'm still discovering uses for it. In fact, I still haven't tried the slider though I can imagine a lot of uses there. AND, no skinned knuckles from the old cheese grater board thing. !!!!!!!!!!
