Sapporo Ichiban Japanese Ramen Noodles Chicken and Original Variety Pack

Sapporo Ichiban has been my family's favorite for eons. Since we moved from Hawaii, we buy from a small Japanese store, but they don't carry Sapporo ramen! The cost here though, is exorbitant. Not worth it to buy. We're trying different ramen out.

My normal ramen, Nissin Demae (you can [usually] find multipacks of on Amazon) was out of stock with all the craziness of COVID. It has brilliant flavors, and great quality noodles.The sapparo ichiban? Flavor is about the same as any plain oriental or chicken Maruchan from the shelf at wal-mart. Noodle quality was even worse. They are thin with poor texture. I ended up throwing 3/4 of the case in the trash, vowing to go without rather than suffer through this.

It's a little stronger, salter than I remember from years ago. Which is fine, just add packet to taste. However, the 1 star comes from, having bought an entire box with a very soon to be expiration date. Ill be throwing the rest away, if I don't find someone to give it to.

Fine noodle (snack) dining set. おいしい

I throw up everytime I eat these so I had to give them away

Great flavor.
