Unfortunately there is no much details inside, it is not saying or showing how to exercise for the whole body, all what he is doing is posing in front of mirrors, I got no benefit from buying it & I do NOT recommend any one to buy it, thanks

Unlike the other reviewer I bought this because I'm a fan of bodybuilding, not to learn how to exercise. If you want instructional videos then look somewhere else. This is for bodybuilders or enthusiasts who want to peek inside the day to day life of an elite bodybuilder during his contest preparation.
