This is a great heat shrink tubing kit and includes EVERYTHING you need as a hobbyist to "step up" the quality of your projects and give them a more professional look. The heat gun "could" (little could) get a little hotter but you can't really complain based on the number of different sizes of shrink tubing included, the quantity in each size, the packaging, AND a very acceptable heat gun. Very glad I got this and you will too. I mean seriously, it was under $20!

Pros: it heats up fast, gets the job done and works on some solders!!!Cons: can't tell when it's hot still after use, the only thing that tells you it'd on other it being relatively loud (hair dryer loud) is the on and off button, there's no way to gauge how hot it is or change the temperature so if you're working on a PCB or "harnessing" wires be sure to put thermal tape over what you don't want melted and/or dedoldered. Also, fits a little funny in the hand.

Product arrived on time and undamaged during shipping. It's opaque compartmentalized plastic case itself seems sturdy. The contents were as stated in the ad. The heat shrink color selection is OK; It could've maybe used another selection or two. As to the size selection– I'm not familiar with shrink wrap sizes and not sure there are "in-between" sizes available. But if so, I would have liked to have seen a selection between the smallest and the included next size up.The heat gun is made of plastic and is cylindrical. It comes with an attached stand that folds back out of the way while in use. I do like this feature because setting a heat gun down without one can burn your workbench or worse. There is one heat setting; It does have a decent heat output, but I wouldn't using it to strip paint.I would've liked the power cord to have been maybe twelve inches longer, but all said and done– it's a decent buy for the money put out.

More than pleased with the tubing and the heat gun.... I read many reviews about the heat gun not being hot enough to shrink the tubing. I found the gun supplied did the job as it should. Only thing I would have liked to see is a size label for the tubes supplied.

The hot air gun works great and loved the large selection of heat shrink tubing included. The plastic case was damaged in shipping and the seller contacted me back quickly to make it right. I would highly recommend this product and the seller.

Does not gets hot enough, quick enough....It takes longer than 3 minutes to complete the job but the manufacturer's recommends to not keep in on more than 3 minutes. It took to tries to compleat the job.....

Easy to use, multiple sizes of tubing, works properly and easy storage. Box tabs don't hold the top 100% secure, so I just use a giant rubber band.

I liked the heat gun in the kit, but as for the heat shrink, it was more like plastic. Not as good as regular heat shrink.
