The delivery was somewhat protracted mainly due to no address. It came from Barcelona and I was little nervous. Tracking ran out in Lillie in France but as I was furnished with the transport company I was able to chase it up ( I am also an International Haulier0. Turned up well packed by a professional transport company. My plumber and was impressed by the quality of the product and the size 800 x 1900 fitted perfectly, I could not find one this size in the UK. The only negative is that with a power shower it would have leaked onto the floor however with the purchase of a Uniblade Chameleon Shower Wetroom Floor seal the problem was solved. I would buy again and expect to do so.

Looks great, heavy, solid, shallow tray and low profile. Very happy with the quality. Drains well, easy to clean.

I bought this item for my new bathroom. I am surprised with review below about the slate tray - mine came with a beautiful stone pattern and there is nothing to complain about. The same looking model cost 500+ in a high street shops. The waste is well designed and looks very easy to clean, the water flows quickly through it and doesn't block. I can only recommend this item.

We saw this on regular websites for over double the price. Took a chance on this and it’s identical. Super sturdy and exactly as described.

Great service arrived earlier than given date. Impressed with how it was packaged. The tray is of very good quality, it was the only place I could find with such a variety of colours. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good quality tray.

Lovely shower tray. Well made, just what I wanted apart from the colour did not match my needs and therefore had to return it. The company were really good, quick and efficient in replying to me and subsequently arranging the return.

Rubbish quality looks nothing like it shows on the sales picture. There is no definition lines as in the marketing pic( zoom into my picture) Delivery was a drama, 3 missed delivery dates despite me waiting in, then they all blame each other. If it wasn't so difficult to send back it would definitely be sent back. I'm going to use it for a while until I get a granite one made locally. For £200 more I could have had a real one I'm so disappointed in myself for not waiting. I would definitely say dont be sucked in by the cad pics as they are nothing like the real thing avoid avoid avoid I have added the photos of what it actually looks like fitted in and the picture they use to sell the product. I have come home from work to see this fitted, it just looks like a piece of really cheap and nasty plastic that I will be removing and throwing in a skip the first chance I get Update It is that bad I've had to paint it with floor paint
