Fake, Bootleg, Not Real, Don't Buy!
Wow, the moment I opened the packaging and tried these out, I knew they were fake. First, the texture is scratchy and thin. I make bread at 500F, there's NO WAY this is going to protect my hand when I pull the trays out. Second, I own KitchenAid already, (see in pic: they're really dirty and over-used), and I just wanted a replacement pair. Everything from the obviously fake tag to the mitt shape being off. The color is cute and that's what tricked me into getting these. Do not buy, it's actually a safety hazard to use.

Do Not order these
I ordered these and some cup towels because i was trying to find out what KitchenAide blue is as I've ordered a range but no one has a sample, First of all these and the cup towls were not even close to the same blue, so that didn't help, but I had figured that at least I could use the mitts. No, they are gigantic. I don't even think a man with really big hands could use them. I have about four inches past the ends of my fingrers. Not much you can do with a mitt like that except maybe drop a pan, I'm sure it is too much trouble and expense to return them, so I thougt that I would warn other people.

Cute but not effective
I purchased the yellow mitts and potholders. The color was bright and pretty but that’s the extent of my liking the products. I felt safe in purchasing the kitchen aid brand but their normal quality standards did not apply to these items. I have burned myself twice because there is no insulation and the silicone dots on the outside only cover 1/2 the length of the mitt. Today’s burn was from steam tha escaped from the pot hit the mitt below the silicone. The silicone dots are also very sparse so all heat is not blocked even if you use that part. Overall, the quality of the product is dangerous as well as disappointing.

2 months of use and they already have a hole.
Very disappointed by this product. I got these for my husband for Christmas and there’s already a hole in one of them. They’ve been in use for 2 months and they already have a hole? That’s pretty telling of how low quality they are. I found the hole while removing a hot muffin tin and now have a blistering burn on my left hand. I usually trust Kitchen Aid for all my kitchen needs, but I’m blown away by this awful product.

These are PERFECT!!
Love these oven mitts, they are even better than I expected them to be. They are the perfect color (just as pictured, very accurate), sized just right, and the KitchenAid brand is the perfect complement to our kitchen. They are functional, with great grip, but fashionable as well. They were priced right, making a great value for a name brand. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for the perfect oven mitts, I will definitely be buying the matching pot holders and kitchen towels.

Nice looking, throw in with dark clothes
Everything to do with the oven. My friend makes the best New York pizza pie! Was a gift for him.

Not For Human Size Hands
These things are enormous which makes it difficult to grasp onto something since your hand is swimming around inside. And the non skid bumps are counter productive, So once you take hold of something you can't release without dragging the item which makes it very dangerous. I don't know what these people were thinking when they designed these but the got it all wrong. Make them smaller and with no anti-skid bumps.

For Small Hands Only
Although very well made, these oven mitts are for people with small hands and short thumbs. I wear a size large glove which is usually roomy for me, but these are too small for my hands. And, even worse is that the thumb on the mitt is only about 2" long. Try wrapping the mitt's thumb around a sheet pan to pull out of the oven - not good at all. Kitchen Aid should go down to a restaurant supply store and buy a pair of one size fits all mitts to pattern theirs on. And, these were very expensive. If you have medium to large size hands or a thumb longer than 2 inches, go with some other product.

Very poor insulation
Something changed since I last bought a pair of Kitchen Aid oven mitts. My first pair, a few years ago, were great. These are basically useless; after 4 seconds my hands were hot and I had to put the baking tray down.Cheap imitation?

Heat resistance is poor quality as I have burned my fingers and hands through the oven mitts.
Nice looking oven mitts but heat resistance is terrible. Me and others in my family have burned hands and fingers while using these oven mitts.I was very disappointed as kitchen aid products are usually good quality. But I give them a one star.

Feel great, look great, excellent buy!
We owned a pair of oven mitts that were well loved over the last few years. This pair replaced them, and what an improvement. These mitts are a far improvement. We opted for durability and quality over a gimic (bear paws, or catcus mitts). Very happy for that, as I feel anything other than these would have been a lower quality.

Odd shape
The separation between the thumb and the rest of the fingers is too shallow. Sounds like a silly complaint… until you try to grab a cookie tray. It leaves very little room to grip anything

Great Oven Mitts
Love these oven mitts, when they are on sale again I am going to get another pair. Good grip and you can hold hot items longer with these then the glove kind.
