Arrived in great shape and was easy to install

Not working properly less than year old!
I am mechanically inclined and the install was not easy. Overall it looked and worked good at first. Now it’s February/March 26 and I bought May of 25 does not retract without help. It does not lock in other positions other than fully closed. Would not recommend this to anyone. Also for $1900 it should last longer. Waist of money

Great cover
Easy to install, took less than and hour. The covered leaked a little at first but after a little adjustment it’s almost perfect.

Nice addition
Just remember that the company is based in Florida. That’s a long way to nor cal. Expect a little metal messaging. Product is great but the directions were terrible and an app . A piece of paper would be nice.

Thumbs down on packaging!!!
Even after a putting a label on it, saying new and improved packaging, it came damaged. Unfortunately I am going on a trip and did not have time to return it. I was able to bend out most of the damage, but for the price that is not something I should be doing. The directions are also a little lacking.

Shipping is horrible
I did give this product three stars because I know the product itself is very good. This item is not cheap and I believe you get what you pay for however, getting this item shipped changed everything. The item arrived with the box damaged and of course everything inside was dented and bent. This is unacceptable for the cost of this product to arrive like this, very disappointed. Just like several other reviews, this item is being returned and at this time, I’m gonna try to find a local dealer that has these in stock because I do not have confidence that exchanging it for the same item that it would arrive in any different condition. I had to laugh because even on the box it says new and improved packaging. Not even close.
