Kaizen: The Key To Japan's Competitive Success

Eastern culture is very interesting in general, but I did not know they were so brilliant at corporate/organizational culture. I'm not a business person, I just heard about Kaizen(as a personal improvement strategy) not long ago, and it got my attention. I wanted to know more and luckily I brought this book. it was eye opening, now I know why I don't liked western innovation driven, result oriented approaches will little or no emphasis on processes. If you want to know how to achieve long term success and high quality, read the book! ;) P.S author is one of the pioneers of the field and book read well.

A great book. I will buy another copy from another vendor in new condition to see if I can get a copy that has zero highlight markers in it that claims to be in very good condition. I really don't like highlight markers form someone else's opinion. I guess that is what "very good" condition means versus new. May be some highlighting.

This book is an easy read and has great concepts that you can apply to pretty much any aspect of business.

Many companys of today do often falls in to a routine like operations which often leads to crisis and need for radical reorganization which in turn often don't solve the problems. The book that introduced the west to Kaizen. This is a MUST read for managers who want to implement kaizen tools and improve overall quality in their place of work. More in depth that his second book "Gemba Kaizen" which I recommend as an introductory text before moving on to this.

Title is wrong, it says "English edition" but when I opened it was all in russian, it is a shame since I was looking very much to read it.
