Follow directions, good product, great taste
Great taste and works. The ingredients are mild on your stomach, and it tastes great. It does suggest only half a cup for the first time user which is good advice. I drank the whole cup and let's just say you use the Ladies room quick and frequent. After about the 3rd day it is safe to drink the whole cup. Your stomach will be flat, and the ingredients are good for your health. Didnt really loose a bunch of weight, but my pants fit so much more comfortable. It's a good product for the price.

I’ve been using this tea for a while and I really like it. The flavor is light with a hint of ginger and pineapple, not too strong. I mainly bought it for bloating, and I noticed my stomach feels less heavy after drinking it, especially after meals. It also helps with digestion and makes me feel more comfortable throughout the day. Fast acting
If you’re looking for a fast acting detox tea this is the way to go. The tea is tasty and mixes well with honey. I did not follow the suggestions and drank a full cup on the first day. There was some slight cramping and discomfort for about three minutes around 30 minutes after finishing the cup and then I had to use the restroom. I will update in a few days on how it helps with bloating

Great tea, but the tea bags always break on me!!! Wish they had better quality baggies for the price. But definitely amazing tea I love it

Effective but the bags fall apart easily
The tea is effective, just some occasional cramping but very effective. My only complaint is that the tea bags are very thin and fall apart very easily. I wasn't able to use 5 of them. That's a week worth of tea bags, for the cost, they should invest in better bags.

This is magical!
OMG – the best cleanse tea I’ve ever used! I’m a big herbal tea drinker. For the past few weeks, I was severely backed up after taking antibiotics for 10 days — which I regret. I haven’t used antibiotics in over a couple of decades, so I was surprised that my body reacted so strongly with constipation, despite eating plenty of probiotic foods and yogurt. I started looking for herbal tea solutions to fix the damage and cleanse myself thoroughly. I tried senna teas, but they gave me severe cramps and were very painful, with no real results. I had purchased Chupa Panza earlier, and it had been sitting in my cabinet. I decided to give it a try. I drank one tea bag daily for three days, and not much happened. On the fourth day, I added one teaspoon of olive oil to the tea and drank it before breakfast (avocado and yogurt). I immediately had a bowel movement that seemed to clear things out well. Then later that afternoon, I had a MEGA bowel movement—and it truly felt like my colon was completely cleansed. Thanks to all the reviews and to the makers of Chupa Panza!
