Follow the Dr. Scholl's website on getting the right pair for you is probably the biggest thing i would recommend. So I've dealt with my left foot rolling inward for a long time and in the last 6 months its caused knee pain that i didn't associate with my foot at first. After using these insoles for the past month, my knee pain is almost all but gone! They are pricey, but for the price and quality if you take care of them and clean them occasionally i cant imagine why they wouldn't last longer than intended.

I ordered these on a Sunday afternoon using my HSA account. They were at my door Monday morning when I woke up! These feel great under my feet packing around a 6 foot 4 inch frame!!! You gotta get you some!!!

Tried these after developing Plantar Fasciitis (PT) from wearing safety toe shoes after 6 weeks at a new job. They gave some relieve with foot stretches, but I ended up getting Dr. Scholl's full length custom fit PT insoles for the work shoes and every day kicks. I put these in a pair of Keen close toe sandals and they work well in them.

I used their test to find one that would work for me and came up with the 340 version. Been wearing them for 3 days now and has eliminated the pain I had on the arch and heels. Fits shoes well. FYI. I could have bought them for the same price at my local Walmart.

I have to order these for my husband who walks on concrete all day, every day. His feet normally hurt SO much. He asks me to order these for him so he can get through the day. As soon as they're worn out, I buy more. Great product for his pain relief and they support his weight well.

I recently took a part time job where I am working standing up for 4-7 hours a day. Doing so my lower back was feeling it to the point of Tylenols and heating pads afterwards and the next day. After doing a google search someone had recommended these in Combination with the Skechers restaurant workers shoes. I got the Shoes first and they helped a little bit but not that much. After 4 shifts with just the new shoes (30-40 bucks on Amazon) I decided to try these inserts and they helped tremendously. The lower back soreness went from a 8-9 to a 1-2 after using these. They are not cheap by any means but in my opinion worth the investment for sure. Also if you have a HSA you may be able to pay or be reimbursed for these. I thought the Video was cool to determine your Arch type! Hope this helps.

Excellent ! I couldn’t remember my measurement but found an old pair of inserts I had bought after using an insert measurement machine in Walmart a couple bb of yeas back. It had 4-320 CLEARLY specified on the back soi ordered that size implants from Amazon and they fit perfectly!
