Add a teaspoon to my fruit/nut/seed bowl every morning for the iodine. Adds a nice non-sweet flavor to the fruit. Just enough to last a month.

I bought this to blend into my MM Heavy Metal Detox smoothies and it has met my expectations. I would recommend this product! The only downside is that it doesn’t always blend all the way down but it doesn’t taste or smell bad so I don’t mind it.

This Atlantic Dulse brown paper bag contains .64 ounce of large flakes, which take up more room in the bag. I'm going back to what I have always used before: Maine Coast Sea Vegetables Dulse Flakes. Their package is easy to work with and contains 4 ounces of fine flakes.
