Amazon Essentials boys Heavyweight Outerwear Puffer Vest

This is a great vest and we got it on sale for less than $10. Sizing is true to size, it is warm, perfect for over a hoodie. Great for the transition months when a hoodie isnt enough but a jacket is too much. It is thick but not too thick. Highly recommended.

This is the second year that I am buying the Amazon basics vest for my son. The past years vests held up well enough that I was able to pass them down to another kid and this years seem to be the same quality. The weight is good for temps in the 50’s over a sweatshirt but I would say that they are too thick to layer under a jacket for warmth. The zippers are easy for kids to use and the pockets as well as the interior are fleece lined for softness. The pockets are zippered as well for kids who like to keep little toys with them. If you are looking for a bargain colors and sizes will periodically be lowered so keep an eye out, I pitched the blue for about $13 and the camo for $10.

I will admit, I was nervous to purchase this jacket, thinking it would be cheap and not be good quality. It was anything but. While the vest itself was much more affordable, I am truly shocked by how warm it is! It has a fleece inner liner that makes it sooooo warm. The fit is true to size. I ordered the XL both for my 5 and 9 year old. They both weight 100lbs and even in my 5yr old (pictured) it fits. It is longer on him but that's okay. The zipper is easy for him to do himself! The vest is long enough to provide accurate coverage even on my 9 year old. I am so glad I purchased!!

Size runs HUGE! My son is pretty average size and the vests were massive on him. Otherwise it looks nice and seems to be made well.

Very good quality puffer vest. I don't see how this one is potentially different from the more expensive brands. The quality of materials, stitching is just the same as other brand name items we had in the past. It has thick plush filling and fleece lining. True to size for average kids especially those more on a skinny side. My son is 11, height 4.9 and size XL fits him really well.

Great. Bye extremely soft, well made nice and puffy and warm lightweight. Great for this washing machine, we are going on the second winter And the best still looks like new. Definitely, a great buy. You won't be disappointed, highly recommended.
