These are durable and well made.
The system works great, but the system is always updating or shutting down, so I have to reset the unit on the recording part, so I know it is recording. Overall, it is a good unit for the money and gives us a sense of security.

Work very well. Great picture
Here is my testimonial after almost 3 years of ownership. Had the wiring run when my house was being built so I did not have to deal with that. Previous house had wireless cameras and they were a pain. Wired is the way to go. Software interface is a bit clunky, hence I am investigating an update. Picture quality is very good at default setting, but if I want to look at something in particular, I can easily switch it to HD mode and the picture is very clear. Nite vision is actually very good. When the grandkids come over, they always want to see whats on the cameras. The phone/tablet app works very well for that regard. The PC app also works well in my office. Use the cameras all the time to investigate what that sound was I just heard outside or to check the sky for weather. Have used them several times to provide video to law enforcement when they request info for specific times and dates when something has happened (car stolen from neighbors house in the early morning hours, etc). Overall, great product, good value, great price.

2 Defective Cameras in 3 months
I found it extremely easy to install. It was literally plug and play. The operating system took a bit to get use to on the NVR but then once figured out it relatively easy to navigate. In the 3 months the system has been installed, i have now had 2 of the 8 cameras that have stopped working. it appears the only phone number for tech support is overseas. I contacted the tech support via email [email protected]. It's obvious whoever is responding to that email from Zosi that there is a language barrier. After telling them about the problem via email on the first camera on 11/10/2021 and it taking them until 11/27/2021 to have the new one arrive. The new camera showed up and fired up like it was supposed to. Now just 2 days later, i have a different/2nd camera now also going out as i have shown in the attached video. Maybe i received a bad batch of cameras. The original cameras on my system have a software version of V1.6.8.16D101500EA and the new camera that just showed up is version 2.4. I have no clue if this is relevant but it’s an observation. I feel as new as this system is, that I should not be having any problems. I would like Zosi should replace all my cameras to the newer version as it appears the cameras i got are not going to last. I feel when you pay for a product like this it should work worry free but apparently that is not the case. Now i must worry about if this system is going to protect and record everything as the cameras will just stop working.

Camara went Black on the monitor.
I tried getting help to fix this problem. No response from the company. The monitor went black. We changed out the wire and the camera but it last a few day and it goes black again. It started on another security system now. It doesn’t stay on. Very annoyed . The company did get in contact with me and has been helping me out to figure out why my cameras went out. After I posted this another camera went out. After trouble shooting the system we did find out the camera was bad. They sent one. They are sending the other one. They did keep in contact with to help us out. After going back forth with the company. They do send me both of the defective camera. All I want was for them to replace the camera. We had tried to get them to replace it before the warranty was up. They said I had missed it by 5 day. But when one responded to you before your warranty is up. I just didn’t see that right. Problem solved. Both the cameras have been replaced. Thank You

Great cameras, bad support
Overall, it’s a great and reliable camera that delivers clear video quality and works well most of the time. The setup process was simple, and when it’s connected, it performs exactly as expected. However, I’ve noticed that it occasionally disconnects from the internet for no apparent reason. When that happens, I usually have to restart it to get it working again, which can be a little inconvenient. Unfortunately, one of the cameras I purchased stopped working completely, and when I reached out to customer support for help, I never received a response. It’s disappointing because the product itself shows a lot of potential, but the lack of communication from the support team makes the overall experience less satisfying. I still appreciate how well the working unit performs, but I really hope the company improves its reliability and customer service moving forward.

Great system, great customer service
I bought this 8 camera system and self installed it. It is hard wired PoE. It works well and was easy to configure. The home app is very good and does as it describes and is all I needed to keep watch on my house. Customer support was very helpful in helping to configure the app for how I wanted it to be used. After a few months a camera did go bad, and when I contacted customer support they were helpful in trouble shooting the problem and when they determined it was a bad camera they sent a replacement very quickly at no charge. I would highly recommend the Zosi cameras! A great product, better price and 5 star customer service. UPDATE TO MY LAST REVIEW Another camera went pink on me but the Zosi Customer service was 5 STARS as they helped facilitate another replacement camera. They were very helpful in trying to trouble shoot and when the camera was still not working properly my agent sent a replacement right out to me. I will also comment on the new updated app is much more user friendly and very good. Overall the system is solid and for the price you get a good PoE hardwired NVR system with plenty of storage. I would recommend and I would buy again.
