My only real complaint (which may not entirely be the fault of the solid tires but rather the type of scooter you have) is that installation was hell, absolute hell. On the side of the solid tires, I had to boil them and then use the dish soap and water trick to absolutely FIGHT them onto the scooters rim. The real problem was on the scooters side though. Pay attention to how the tires are installed on your scooter because the front tire on mine was so interconnected with the handle shaft and the break lines that I couldn’t remove the tire, at all. It had to be done professionally or with professional tools that I didn’t have. I ended up settling for a front air tire and rear solid tire so make sure you can even get your stock tires off. The scooters I had came stock with air tires which became damaged and flat quite quickly. I got these to replace the air tires so I wouldn’t have to worry about that and they worked flawlessly! They’re very durable and I didn’t have any problems with wear or damage as I used them. They fit like a glove (once you actually get em on) onto the scooters I was using. The ride was a little bit rougher than air tires but it’s well worth it for less maintenance and having to worry about popped tires.

Worked good just like described but definitely a process to install.

Quality, function good money spent and easy install

They worked for about a year, the tread is down alot now, probably because I am 250 lbs. They are way better than the air filled tires the scooter came with I kept getting flats. They are very difficult to get on, you'll need to warm them up so they are more pliable. I don't think I'd recommend boiling them like I did (stinks up your house) but it worked.

The tire smells really bad like a strong rubber odor. Took about 5-10minutes to replace the old tire with this nee one and it was not too hard. Taking the old one off was harder than getting the new one on. The photos for the item show that you should leave it in hot water to make it more supple and easier to fit onto the rim. I used the oven instead. The whole rear wheel with old tire and this new tire in the oven (170F for 5-10min) made it much easier to remove the old tire from the rim and also easy to put the new one on. The holes on the tire make it easier to install because you can put something like a screwdriver through it to wedge it into place. It should also make it easier to remove it when the time comes.

Buy some 14” Tire Scoops (the ones that look like a screwdriver) and it will be smooth to install. Very flexible as well which makes it way easier to install. Tire is also smooth while riding.

Funcionaron bien, son mas resbalosas que las normales pero estas no se ponchan con facilidad, cuidado si vas mas rápido y caes a un bache, se sienten con ma impacto y fuerza.

Tengo ya dos meses usándolas y han sido muy resistentes, claro está que al ser rígidas producen menor amortiguación por lo cual cualquier bache se siente el doble, cabe mencionar que ponerla es muy difícil pero si de casualidad en tu casa tienes una prensa de mesa te será de mucha ayuda sino, yo recomiendo acudir a una bicicletera.

Después de varios pinchazos en mis llantas, esta fue sin duda una de las mejores compras que pude hacer. Aunque debo admitir que instalarlas fue todo un reto, encontré un truco que me funcionó: calentarlas en el microondas durante 5 minutos por lado (aunque no puedo recomendarlo al 100%, ya que depende de cada situación). Desde que las coloqué, no he tenido ningún problema y estoy muy satisfecho con su rendimiento. Si buscas una solución duradera, definitivamente valen la pena.
