In my opinion, this is by far the best hair, skin & nail supplement that I have found on the market. I have tried some other straight biotin without niacin and bioperine, nothing has worked as good as this one for me. I have taken this biotin for less than two months (Haven’t finished one bottle yet). You can see how much my hair is transformed in such a short period of time. I didn’t measure it. But it must have grown at least 5 inches. This is truly shocking to me. My hair always grows very slowly. That is one of the main reasons why I keep trying different types of biotins. While using this I feel like I also have less hair coming out in the drain, which makes my husband very happy. I feel my hair becomes stronger and looks a lot healthier. In the past I have tried different products like lotion, serum or oil for my dry skin without much success. This product makes my skin very soft and smooth. I honestly don't remember the last time my skin was so soft and smooth. My skin used to be so dry and itchy that I had to use coconut oil to sooth my skin every night before bed. That is no longer needed. I don’t find myself scratch my arm like what I did before even without the coconut. As to the nail, I have weak nails that would bend and tear easily. That is why I have to spend money on gels or acrylics. I am very glad to notice the other day that I have nails for the first time in my life. They are long and strong and very different from before. My two sisters are both taking it now because they saw the difference. I never want to be without this and I would fully recommend it over other straight biotin. I do believe the additional ingredient niacin and Biopertine make huge difference.

I have issues with hair loss, I've tried numerous other options, and never thought that supplemental biotin would improve my hair growth and texture as I already have really strong nails. So I picked this biotin out of several hundreds on line. I'm so glad I did not only did it improve hair loss ( for me) improved the texture and shine on new hair growth. I also noticed that these vertical ridges I get on my nails have disappeared in the new growth. I was taking it 2x a day the first month and then x1 a day the second and third month. An added benefit I did not realize is the skin on my face which was dry in some spots and oily in others is now neither on my face, my skin has evened out, I have had comments on the appearance of my facial skin at work asking if I had tried some new facial cream. It's amazing that something such as supplemental biotin would give me so many benefits. I'm sure the quality of this biotin product had a lot to do with it. I definitely recommend this product.

I wanted to do a big chop and cut my hair all off but I chickened out and bought this so I can cut a little at a time and allow the biotin to help my new growth. I was not prepared for the wild growth that has happened to my hair. I ordered this almost 5 months ago and I have completely seen a turn around in my hair texture( I have hair texture and I love it) I don't have to do much to detangle my hair it's shiny and healthy. I love this product but had to slow down taking it because I did see break outs in the beginning because I was not drinking enough water for the amount of Mcgs I was taking in biotin. Once I found a balance of ratio of water to biotin it's been easier to manage my skin. It hasn't done much for my nails but I really haven't paid any attention to my nails.

My nails are in very bad shape from having professional nails used for a long period of time. I wanted to see if using the biotin supplement would work on my problem. I dont feel like I have used it long enough to give it a fabulous rating, but I think my nails are getting stronger and am certainly going to continue using this product.

I started taking it and Day 1 was fine. By Day 2 I had nausea all day long. I thought I had eaten something bad. Day 3, still had bad nausea and started believing it wasn't anything I ate or a sickness. I gave it one more day and I still was feeling sick all day and all night and almost came home early from work because of it. I stopped taking it and by Day 6 I was back to feeling normal and nausea-free. I wondered if it was too much Biotin? After doing a bit of research, I kept reading 10,000 MCG's was actually almost double the amount you need and your body can't absorb it if it's given that much. It'll eventually pass through your urine. So I may try another brand at a lower MCG and I'll cross my fingers!

I used a different brand of biotin for years and never felt like I noticed a difference. I decided to try this one when I saw the reviews on Amazon and when my hair suddenly started to shed like crazy 3 months after having my son. I was pretty skeptical at first seeing that a lot of the reviews were from people who received a discount to review the item, but I figured it's not much more than what I already pay for the brand I was using anyway so why not. I've been taking it for 6 weeks now and have definitely seen a huge difference with my hair. Of course my hair is still falling out due to postpartum hair loss, but where I've noticeably lost hair in the front of my head, I'm already seeing regrowth and my hair has even gotten a lot longer. I'll definitely continue using this brand.

What works for everyone else may not work for you:( I had high hopes for these pills and my nails did show improvement, however my skin which never had any issue and I am 31, started breaking out. At first I thought it was something I was doing wrong but I drink plenty of water and exercise. There hadn't change in my diet or skin care routin so I was shocked to see 5 or more pimples on my face. I have always had clear skin even during puberty so this was very discomforting for me. Eventually I narrowed the cause down to these pills and stopped taking them. Once I stopped taking the pills my skin started to clear up. I am hoping to get my clear skin back by the end of the week...fingers crossed:)
