How long is the shelf life once opened?

I bought it a year and a half ago. (It takes a long time to go through!) I just ordered a replacement. Still tastes amazing!

Ingredients? Does this have MSG?

The ingredients are as follows: water. Vinegar. Garlic. Salt. Citric acid. Spice memos odium glutamate. Sugar. Onion soybean oil Carmel color last sodium benzoate for pteservative. Hope this helps. It really like this for a marinate.

Is this marinade spicy hot? Some members of my family can't tolerate hardly any spicy heat. It says "zesty kick". How hot is that?

I have used this marinade several times on pork shoulder and served it to a very large crowd. No one complained that it is spicy. I'm not one for very spicy food at all and I love this marinade. It has a bright citrusy taste. Can't recommend it enough. The zest must be from the orange. It's definitely not from any heat.

Traditional cuban mojo has bitter orange. i don't see this as an ingredient. used kirby brand in the past. should i add orange juice to this?

This brand of Mojo Criollo does have a sauce with orange in it. I have gotten it at our grocery store. Haven't checked to see if Amazon carries this or not.
