Easy use so far small but good results
I was initially wearing this wrong since it didn't come with directions. However since I looked at the information and started using it correctly I do see a small change. I feel fuller during the day. My outfits seem a bit looser and I have lost a few pounds. It is easy to put on and take off. I don't even feel it while I am sleeping.

My husband and I both are trying these. We have done the patches the past 2 nights. We feel like we are getting cleaned out. That's about it so far! Will keep you posted.

Easy to apply. Use one per day on your navel for 8-12 hours. They feel fine, so I actually forgot I had it on. It has only been a few days, so I haven't seen a difference, but I feel good. I have noticed that my digestive system has improved.

I was quite impressed with these weight loss stickers. It comes with a plan. The plan asks you apply one sticker to the naval area each day. I followed this plan, wearing for 8-12 hours. The directions stress a clean area, and have read that this important, otherwise blisters or a rash could occur. Also applying it to the areas suggested prevents these reactions. I found the adhesive on these stickers to last all day with not a single one falling off. For the amount if time I have been on the plan, and watching what I have been eating I have lost inches in the waist area as well pounds. I am half way through and really am encouraged by my progress so far. I have had no adverse reaction and seems to be helping those inches away!

Pros-comes it cute bag for packaging-very easy to use, just stick on and go to bed-looks discreteCons-I can’t see any improvement-it didn’t come with any instructions-it smells funnyI would wait and use all 50 patches
