I absolutely love this chocolate spatula! It has completely elevated my chocolate tempering process. The flexibility of the blade is perfect for stirring and spreading melted chocolate. It bends just the right amount, making it easy to get into the corners of the bowl, scrape off every bit of chocolate, and spread it evenly in molds without any hassle. The silicone head is smooth and non-stick, which makes it super easy to work with. I no longer have to worry about chocolate sticking or leaving a mess on the spatula. Plus, it’s heat-resistant, so there’s no issue when working with hot melted chocolate — no warping or damage at all. The handle is ergonomic and comfortable, which is a bonus for long tempering sessions. The spatula feels sturdy but not too heavy, giving me great control while I work.

Great for chocolate work. Wide enough to cover your basic mold in one sweep. It’s thin and super flexible so making chocolate curls should be fun with this (haven’t tried yet). I don’t know why they call it a thermostat spatula. I just used them to fill and cap my bonbons today and I like it a lot! Warning tho: blade is super sharp (might dull a bit after heavy usage) so be careful using it first few times.

Love this! Easy to use. It’s a must have for making chocolates. The only drawback is that when washing, water(enemy of Chocolate) can get into the handle. Had to shake it to get the water out to ensure it was dry enough to use. Learned to be careful washing only the metal part and wiping the handle to ensure that no water was in the handle for the next batch.

It works very well in slab tempering chocolate, and the size is perfect for me to use, love it and I think I will use it for long time.

This tool has just the right flexibility, great handle and the edge is just perfect for scraping off chocolate polycarbonate molds.

Excellent service, rapide et très bon produit

I was following a chocolate makers site and they recommend you get the large scraper. This was the only large one available, tried to use it, it's awkward for the female hand or mine anyway, and it does not scrape the surface of a large tray. I should have returned it, kept thinking I would get used to it, but not to be. I'll end up trying to sell it for half the price, my bad. I find it much easier to pipe in the chocolate and level with a regular size offset knife. Total waste of my money.
