Was very poor machine. Didn't put out hardly any power. I have bought cheaper once that worked way better. I returned it and got my money back without a problem.

Helpful in pain management
It has been a helpful tool in managing the daytime pain for a frozen shoulder that I’ve been dealing with for the last 7 months.I mostly use the IF setting (which is meant to be anti-inflammatory by stimulating blood flow to the affected area).I’m a guitar player/guitar instructor and got this TENS unit upon recommendation from chiropractor/acupuncturist Lou Jacobs, who’s clients include Trey Anastasio, Steve Vai, Tommy Emmanuel and other world-class guitarists. But my physical therapist and a pain clinic physician have also approved of me using this device.Note that it doesn’t remove the pain or frozen shoulder for good — it helps you manage the pain while in use. While I use it, it allows me to (for instance) type on my computer keyboard or play a little guitar for 15-30 minutes, and that means a lot since these activities were too painful to do at all before I got this device.Be careful not to use it on the pec muscles, the instruction manual says, as these muscles are close to the heart.

Bad Battery
I can use the battery of this product just three times around 80 min and it doesn’t work anymore. For now, the device is working as expected.

Excellent versitility
I use this product frequently for my patients and personal. Advantage is that it can be used for 24/7 pain control instead of addicting pain meds. The IF parameter is my favorite for giving 15-20 minute treatments to improve cellular healing. If people own this, the time can be adjusted for 60 minute treatments. Disadvantage is that it takes some education to figure out how to change the settings. But once you figure it out, it is very easy to change to various parameters.

Not worth it
Good units work, by this on quickly overheats. It also does not allow adjustment of frequency.I would recommend another brand

Not rechareable
I use the IF. I have had the desired pain relief. I only gave a 3 because the nine volt battery becomes dead after 8 hours. I do use it overnight. It does come with a power cord. Look for a rechargeable unit
