NICEYRIG Leather Handle Grip Kit for DJI Ronin S/SC / RSC2, 200 Degree Adjustment Handgrip with Rosette Mount Extension Bracket - 332

Having this handle on my Ronin S is a big improvement and makes it so much easier to carry, adds stability when needed, and makes it much easier to get low-angle shots. The grip feels good and the unit is very solid, has multiple places to attach accessories, and can be adjusted however you need. The only downside I found is that when mounted, it blocks the 3 LED's which tell you what mode you're in, so that can be a bit awkward, however, I feel the benefits outweigh this one unfortunate design flaw. The first time I used this, the screws came loose right in the middle of a wedding shoot and I had to go the rest of the day being extra cautious. I recommend you carry the hex key (or a hex key set) so that you are better prepared when things like this happen when you're out on a gig.

After seeing the Weebill and similar new handle designs for gimbals, I decided to add this handle to my Ronin SC. Very well made, easy to attach, and offers a wide range of positions. Definitely a big step up for level panning as well as vertical. Handle is well made, possibly leather(?) wrapped, and quite comfortable to hold. Looked at SmallRig, but went with this one and glad I did!

I love everything about it except it blocks the 3 lights that let me know which mode the gimbal is currently in on my DJI Ronin S. I've debated returning due to this, but so far it hasn't bothered me enough to make a return. I will say, if this is going to bother you, there are other options out there that do not block the lights and have decent reviews. Consider those first.

It is of great quality! Looks and feels like it would last years of use and abuse. Blends right into my Ronin Gimbal as if it originally came with it. You can adjust the carry handle for the perfect angle, maximizing comfort and shoot accuracy. Makes it much easier and causes less fatigued when using the Gimbal for hours at a time. A GREAT BUY!!!

This handle is very well made - high quality and very sturdy. Drawbacks; If you have a focus wheel on the right hand side of the gimbal, it will have to be moved to the other side to mount this handle, which made it impossible for me to use. If you are not using a focus wheel, this is not an issue. I removed the focus wheel and mounted the handle, which revealed the another issue. The handle shifts the weight back behind the gimbal and makes it so front heavy that it is almost impossible to hold - there is no way I could hold the gimbal steady with this handle. The last issue - the screws mount into recessed holes in the handle. There are only two screws included, and because the screws are inset into the handle, it would be almost impossible to replace a screw if lost.

Needed some kind of handle so I could get those low shots as smooth as possible and I was surprised on the quality of this handle. Once its on the gimbal, it is solid. Like it came with the handle from factory. 100% recommend this for everyone with a gimbal.
