Rough ends
Good, the silver steel was good quality, but it was just hacksawed off. The ends were rough. It should have been finished off in a lathe.

It's a metal rod, it's great. But the size of the box and all the filling was pretty wasteful.

Not rust proof, no refund
Rusted after a very short time of being outside and used as a plant support. A zinc plated nail would have lasted longer. Seller didn't confirm return and so i have lost out even more now

Poor quality
Not happy with the quality of these rods. They have rusted and pitted to such an extent that they will need to be replaced.

Dimensional inaccuracy
These rails are of poor dimensional quality. Their use results in significant slack when running in linear bearings. Also the material is not hardened and therefore will wear significantly in use. Not recommended.
