RX WELD 31PCS TIG Stubby Gas Lens 17GL332 3/32" & #12 Pyrex Cup & 2% Ceriated Tungsten Electrode Kit Fit DB SR WP 17 18 26 TIG Welding Torch

I have seen mixed reviews due to many people saying these cups won’t fit a CK 17 torch. Out of the box that’s true. The white delrin caps are too small to fit, however, if you shave off about .030 from the inner lip they will snap right onto the torch. I did mine on a mini lathe and it took less than 5 minutes.The quality of the components seems like it would hold up As much as could be expected. The cups have a nice tight fit over the gaskets, and slip on with little effort if you get them slightly wet.Can’t say that my welding has improved, but visibility has, so we’re off to a good start.

I do not write reviews, but I feel like it is hard to know if these are junk or not because some people are just negative no matter how good something is. Most fail to consider the cost. That being said, I am not a professional welder, but for what these cost, they work amazing on my Miller syncrowave 210. For what these cost, you can’t go wrong. The collets, bodies, the back caps, everything works just as it should. Take your time making sure you get a good seal, and get the diffuser in the cup correctly and....they’re great! They may not be as good as a furick Pyrex but they only cost a fraction of the price. The tungsten seems good quality also. Don’t hesitate to buy these. If you’re a professional welder and are hard to please, then pay 5x more and buy Furick. But for the novice welder and for most anyone not doing aircraft aluminum, these are great. Fit Miller by weldcraft #17 with no problems. Hope this helps someone.

Works great some people have trouble getting both O-rings on but just remember the #1 rule never put a O-ring on dry. I put both O-rings on then put a little Vaseline on the O-rings with a q-tip and twist it a little when pushing it on and ta-dah.

Items arrived in a nice plastic case but 2/4 of the pyrex cups contained imperfections in the glass. Probably on par with the price point.

I'm usually not big on buying kits, but this kit it perfect for noobs as well as for the seasoned pro. I buy it simply for the cups and the lenses. The back caps are a wasted but the blue tungsten is useful to keep on hand for those times when purple just isn't getting it done.The Pyrex cups are fragile, and the O-rings don't last forever, but that's the nature of the beast, not a ding against this particular product.

Good price for what you get but I'm not sold on tungsten yet. I've had more issues with it than I've ever had before.

I got it to fit the CK 17 flex torch with a little sanding the inner ring with a dremmel sander bit. Would have given 5 stars if it just fit the torch without any modification.

I’m happy with this gas lens. It has everything you’ll need to get installed and start using. Installed ona wc17 torch.
