I purchased this tool kit, and it was fine, but then the power drill stopped working. I had only used it a few times and couldn't get it to work again. I contacted customer service by email, explained the situation, and to my utter surprise, they sent me an entirely new tool kit as a replacement without even sending the old one back! I corresponded with customer service in China, and the lady who I corresponded with was a pleasure to deal with. Shortly thereafter, I received my new set by mail, and I was very happy! It is amazing what can happen if you actually take the time to reach out when you have a problem. I was polite with my request, and they did ask me to provide proof of purchase and a video showing the drill was not working, but I was fine providing them with those items. The new set came very quickly from their warehouse in California. I am a satisfied customer and pleased that this company stands by their products!

I liked the kit as it had a power screw driver

As a man, I really like that all the tools that I usually need are all in one convenient container.I can easily carry this tool kit in one hand. I don't have to feel like I'm carrying around a tool box that weighs a ton. I would recommend this to anyone who first wants to try a tool kit with a much lighter load.

I am a new home owner and have never used a drill. Before spending heavy bucks on Milwaukee I thought to give this a try to hang pictures and curtains as a practice. And it does the work.I will give it to my friend’s 15 year old son once my Milwaukee arrives.

I needed a hammer and a set of pliers, thought it would be nice to just get tools instead bc I have none. As soon as I opened the container the drill (among other tools) fell out and started running because it was set to on. Hammer is a hammer, great. With a chip already missing on the rear it has a warning on it saying it’ll chip off with some nails, not sure if that’s standard- clearly I’m an expert. Tried to close the container and man, it is impossible, half of the equipment does not lock into place. After 10 minutes I was able to somewhat close it- it’s bulging from the thin plastic. Wishing I would’ve spent a few more dollars to get a nicer set.

This kit has just about everything you can think of. It has all the basics and necessities. The power drill comes in handy, I did not expect to use it so much. The charge time is also very quick for the drill.

No problems with charging the tools and easy to use and compact enough to store under sink or in closet.
