Night of torture!
So being diabetic it limits me to one of my favorite treats, ice cream. I discovered this delightful delicious taste of heaven (and hell) and enjoyed it thoroughly until last night. I ate a bit more than normally and at 1:30 am my stomach started a low rumbling and was a little painful. After at least 5 runs visit the porcelain , I thought what could have caused this, I only have this when I eat sugar free candy with sugar alcohol products in it and boom, I though the ice cream! While paying homage to the porcelain god, I read that yes it indeed has Erythritol! I have irritable bowel syndrome and I seriously need to read all labels now! So please take heed my cautionary tale, but I can say it is simply delicious but watch out for what could happen later!

Worse ice cream ever
This keto ice cream is the worst tasting crap I ever had my life. How on Earth they Can call It ice cream is beyond me
