This is brilliant! I have a dual computer, single monitor setup with a USB switch, and was having issues with the audio switching; and this little USB (plug and play) device fixed it within 5 seconds. I can now switch back and forth between the monitors and the audio switches as well. This is what I was hoping for! The audio quality is the same as it was before (no improvement really), but that's a good thing in my book. It works the same as it did. I generally don't like buying something to solve a simple issue, but in this case, for this cost, it's worth the investment for sure.

I had a Sabrent USB sound card that worked well with a HyperX headset I had, but I got a new headset (Sennheiser PC37X Gaming Headset) which apparently has a higher impedance mic and the Sabrent no longer worked.. even with pavucontrol at 153% input volume it was barely audible. I decided to give this Tron a try to see if it can handle this mic better. I got it today and have been using it flawlessly! The sound quality is fantastic, the mic input volume is now acceptable (I still have to go over 100% with pavucontrol, but that's fine). I like that it has the three input so is compatible will all the wired headsets in the house. I just ordered two more for a couple of the kids.

I purchased this device to see if it would fix the crackling headphone issue I was experiencing with the built in sound card.I plugged the device into a usb port, connected my headphones and my laptop automatically recognized the new card and started using it, for both headphones and microphone and the crackling was gone!Audio quality is good - I notice no issues using it with my headphones and mic.The device is a little wide. I can still use the usb port next to it because I have a tiny wireless mouse controller in that usb slot, but it was a tight fit. Considering that the device houses a complete audio card, I can't really complain about the size!Did the job, fixed my problem, came when promised, great value. I am very happy with my purchase.

Easy to plug in, mine is a little sensitive, but works well allowing me to have my speakers plugged into a usb switch so my laptop and desktop can both use with without hassle

I got this adapter to simplify some i/o issues with my aging Macbook Pro (2008). It's fine for 2.0 and probably works on newer assuming 3.0 backwards compatible but my Mac is 2.0 USB. My analog line-in-out were both developing physical issues meaning plugging in analog lines would not seat firmly anymore. I do a lot of audio work and this adapter has the combination of RingRingSleeve type (mic/headset style) which works with iRig legacy adapters which were designed to plug into iPhone analog headphone jacks when there was such. The adapter has been real stable. Good product.

Does not record sound although it is recognised by the computer. I bought it to connect a lav mic to my Mac.I guess it's just cheap a unit thats sent directly to Amazon from China, so the quality control is on par with the product. Disappointing.Giving it 3 stars because Trond had excellent customer service and wanted to ship me a replacement unit. Strangely Amazon refused to let them do this, so they arranged for a refund instead.By the way I bought two similar UGreen units, both of which didn't work!!!I have a cheap set of unbranded phone earbuds/microphone and jackplug. The microphone woks well with my Mac but isn't as good a quality as I'd get if I could find a USB adaptor that actually worked...

I was having issues getting microphone input from any of the jacks on my computer so had to resort to a USB solution. This device plugged right in, required no installation or adjustment, and had no issues connecting a TRS and TRRS jack simultaneously (audio and audio/mic jacks). Just note the symbol for both jacks is the same - the green one is for audio only and the black jack is for audio/mic. Now I can leave both my headset and speakers plugged into this unit at all times, and just turn up the volume on whichever I want to use. Adjusting the volume on 1 does NOT affect the other. Great product that's simple to use.

It works very stable in Raspbian OS, fixed sound distortions on left channel on native Raspberry PI sound output. The sound quality by itself is high (didn’t run tests with an oscilloscope), but the device is small and apparently missing quality power filters, so at maximum volume and no sound I can hear some what seems like power related squeaks, not terrible. I didn’t check if it can be tweaked with higher quality power supply (special cable or dedicated USB splitter with external high quality power supply).

No-hassle setup, I just plugged it in and WIndows 10 figured it out without any help from me.The build feels very premium, aluminium and silky nylon cord, but that's not really that important, is it?Sounds great, I have only used the headset plug so far. I must say though that I had to firmly push the plug into the jack. At one point I thought the mic did not work, but when I looked closer, I saw it was not all the way in, so with a little push, everything was cool!

Sound card on my laptop failed so I bought this USB, plug in card. Perfect sound via headphones and microphone jacks. Flexible cable relieves any stress on the USB connection. Solid construction, very well presented and packaged. Excellent purchase.

cette mini carte son s'installe sans appli. topcôté connexion sortie, là c'est bof. la sortir audio simple ne fonctionne pas !!j'ai pu teste la qualité de l'audio avec un splitter audio/micro jack.Donc dommage de recevoir un materiel non fonctionnel !

works right after you plug it in, sound quality is nice. loud enough for audio technica m40s. only bad thing is when its plugged into usb 2 ports it makes a ringing noise, usb 3 is fine no noise at all. mic also sounds very clear.
