The Radical Katana Legend continues the success of the Katana ball line and its signature down lane motion. This ball combines the strong and angular Katana core with the Forged + coverstock. The core and cover combination makes this ball more responsive down lane than its predecessor.

All Purpose
The Katana Legend might replace the Slash as my favorite Katana to date. The strength and versatility of the Legend is something to behold. I used a 45x4.25x35 “All Purpose” layout, and I think “All Purpose” is a great way to describe it. The Legend allows me to play anywhere on the lane. I can take a little hand out of it and play down the boards, I can get around it and circle the whole lane. Being a high speed player with a low tilt, I don’t usually get that versatility out of a single ball. The most amazing part about the Legend is how it doesn’t lose anything changing surface. I have used mine from out of box shine, all the way down to 1500 and the ball just keeps hooking and never quits. It truly is astonishing. If you are a league bowler and are looking for “one ball that does it all”, the Katana Legend may be just what you are looking for.

Radically Legendary
I was looking for a heavier oil ball, the Katana Legend fit very nicely into the arsenal. The strength and versatility of the Legend is very evident immediately. We laid this ball out with a 40 x 4 x 30 “layout and used a 3000 pad on the surface. The Legend allows me to play just about anywhere on the lane. The most amazing part about the Legend is how it doesn’t lose anything changing surface.
