Excellent head unit for the price, great unit at any price. Replaced a Sony that we've had in our wrangler for about 10 years. This sounds clearer, has more power, bluetooth pairing for streaming, and usb charging. This works great for everything I want it to do. The usb wont stream music from my android, but it does charge the phone. The blue tooth is easy to set up and works great, even for playing music from streaming services. I have a rhapsody/napster account and the streaming works great and it will advance and rewind songs on my playlist from the controls, which is great since i live in a state that has handsfree laws for driving. This has a good amount of power and if you have decent speakers it puts out good sounding music that is loud enough to hear at highway speed. Just to be specific, I can still hear my songs in a wrangler with the top and doors off with a set of 33 mud terrains humming along. It has handsfree calling that works great if i'm stopped, nothing is going to work for making phone calls while driving the jeep. Easy to install with the proper wiring kit, and very easy to figure out the buttons and functions. I am very impressed with this unit

Works well. My one issue is that there is no way to have the clock the default display. This unit reverts to the station number on power up and after changing stations forcing you to repress the clock button each time.

This radio is awesome! I bought one to replace my cars factory radio almost 2 years ago. That one still works perfectly fine. Buttons were rubbing off a little and maybe LEDs got a little dim but that was it. I liked this radio so much I got another for my 01 Ranger and don't regret it. It has everything anyone would need on a basic stereo. The new one was a bit different, with the new push-to-talk feature that I do not use but it's nice to know they are still continuing this product and updating it with time. Now, would I buy this product again if I need another vehicle radio / stereo? Yes I would, BUT at the time I got them both for roughly $40. Now looks like it is $60. You could purchase a better stereo for $60 because that is really pushing it with this thing, but it is a good radio. If the price goes back down I will buy again without hesitation if another project comes to hand.

Installed the Boss 611UAB and it worked well in my garage. Tested all functions , everything worked when the ignition was on run. Did not work when ignition was on accessory. This did not bother me. Decided to go for a test ride, put car in reverse, backed down the driveway, radio worked fine. Put car in drive, radio worked fine...for less than a minute then turned itself off! Since the radio worked well in park and reverse I felt I must have installed it correctly and this was an issue for tech support. I e-mailed them through the Boss website. This required a lot more information than I thought was necessary and their security code was difficult to get through. I finally got my message sent, and received an immediate robot response requiring me to open an account before I would be helped. I thought this was odd but opened the account with much of the same information required when I requested tech support. At least I knew my request for tech support and been received! And that was the last I heard from Boss!! Too bad, I purchased this unit because it does everything I am looking for and I liked the looks. I am sure if tech support had responded I would have a nice stereo in my car. Now it is being boxed and returned. HEY Boss!!! There are other radios out there!! You want to keep customers? Answer their request for help!!

Installed in my 1994 chevrolet K3500, good quality for the price. Works as it should.

Does not have a on/ off button u have to connect it to your ignition. Quality is okay,regarding price

It worked pretty good for a week, then the buttons stopped working correctly, most buttons do nothing and the ones that work do the wrong function. Now I can't return it because the front cover mounts are broken, the cover plastic is flimsy.

I spent 2 hours fitting this stereo with my electrician friend only to find out that it doesnt work. thinking of doing a return

Pros La verdad muy buen estereo, excelente relación calidad/precio. En cuanto a opciones viene muy simple. El color a azul de los LED brilla mucho, pero yo no tengo problema con eso. El sonido lo reproduce con claridad. No sé persiven distorsiones. El EQ solo permite modificar bajos y agudos, por lo que los medios derrepente pasan un poco desapercibidos. Pero si usas x medio de celular ahí puedes acomodar. En general muy buen equipo por lo que pagas. Contra No es carátula removible por lo que ahí q tener cuidado con las ratas. Alarma o algo x el estilo. Lo digo x experiencia propia. Ya me andaban abriendo el coche
