Now of course it's not fresh crispy from the cast iron skillet bacon, but for the price...the bacon quality, taste, texture & thickness is 100% fine! Here in Hawai'i you can easily spend the amount this costs on 8oz of bacon. If you were to purchase 75 slices, it would impossible for 17 bucks, it would realistically be around $120. Then you gotta cook it, fight the urge to use the fat to fry you eggs in or add to the bacon drippings jar to cook with later. Anywho...it's convenient, affordable & delicious. Do yourself a favor and try it out.

I like this bacon a lot because it's thin so gets extra crispy in the microwave. I prefer precooked bacon over raw bacon because it's easier to cook, less greasy, less mess, and thin and crispy. If you're looking for a thick cut then I do not recommend this one at all. If you like thin and crispy then this is the perfect bacon. It also is a great value! You get a lot for the price. Usually precooked bacon is like 10 to 12 pieces for $6 to $8 so this is very affordable. Also ships next day so very convenient.

Delicious and easy to use. Just heat in the microwave for a few seconds and your good to go. No greasy mess. I've been buying this brand for years and the quality and taste never change.

The only thing I have to compare it is Costco Bacon. The price is about the same . You get 45 slices from Costco and 75 from Hormel . This is much thinner , but less fat. I like the taste better too. Normally for a BLt I would use two pieces of Costco's, now i use 3. So it all works out. Oh. and this saves me a 45 minute trip. I'll keep buying from Amazon.

Good quality and quantity for the price

I bought this to try because I like to make a ton of bacon and then have it to reheat for different meals through the week. For pre- cooked bacon it's wonderful and so convenient. Good price point, generous amount, and great flavor. Great for busy families.

Great price for a product I've usually purchased at the local grocer. Same great taste and texture for a quality product.

just what i expected! i love these for how easy they are to use! they are much thinner than a regular piece of bacon & not quite as much flavor as freshly cooked bacon, but when its in things, you dont notice. i love the big sized packs. they are so quick to cook. when the kids want a couple slices for a sandwich etc they can do it themselves.
