Best thing I could have invested! I am 3 days PP I gave birth naturally to twins once I had my first shower the first thing I used was the spray and after every urine I pass and I do not burn at all! If u planing natural birth I 1000% recommend it’s definitely worth every single penny

My daughter recently had her second child and a midwife had suggested something to help with cracking nipples due to breastfeeding and to help with stitches after a possible episiotomy. My daughter said these were better than described and worked perfectly. She also said the best product she’s ever been recommend. If you or know someone who is about to give birth get this for your take home bag because it’s a game changer regarding recovery and healing. Cannot recommend enough because if my daughter says it’s good then it’s good, she s forever thankful to her midwife as it worked perfectly and as a second time mum she has used so many products to reduce cracking but this one did exactly what it said it was going to !! If you’re buying something for a baby shower that’s going to make the mums life easier then buy this combo and she’ll be forever in your debt !!!

Not a bad product but didn’t feel like the spray aided much, the better bit was the cream however personally would much prefer the lanosa cream after trying it as thicker and longer lasting when wearing nursing bras for a similar price

I'm not entirely sure this has made things any easier. The nipple balm contains lanolin which isn't great. I've bought the earth mama range instead. Nice and cooling spray.

My partner bought this after reading good reviews on various sites for both products. She describes then as a god send! She loves that Expert Midwife use natural products & that they can be used for other purposes as well. Spritz for bitz offered great cooling, comforting relief & speeded up the healing process after birth. When no longer needed she used it as a hand moisturiser. No harm nipple balm prevented sore, cracked, dry nipples after breastfeeding and she still uses it after expressing. This also doubles up as a lip balm for her. While they may seem a little expensive they’re worth every penny
