This was exactly what I was looking for. Just a nice, thin, very flexible backwrap. No silly plastic "spines" or junk that make it hard to bend with. It goes on in seconds, adds minor support, no funny stuff besides a funky rubber small. Just wash it warm water / soap then let hang dry takes care of that. Good product

There is no compression. Just a fat piece of rubber around my waist. Seems like it’s a no-brainer because it looks like other wraps but is much cheaper. Don’t be fooled! Amazon has made this unreturnable

This is small. I am a size 12 woman and it barely goes around my waist

This is perfect for me, provides decent support for you bad back, while hardly noticeable underneath your shirt. Im a man with a 30" wast and there is more than enough room for larger or smaller people, it adjust's both ways. Good quality too

I am very disappointed ,it is not strong enough for back pain.and can't return it.the quality was bad and the support for your back was terrible. It's better for you to buy one from a diffrent brand if your looking for a good wrap

Insufficient pressure in the lower back. Only two rigid supports, which is not enough to properly support the back.
