Supplier provided clarification and has given his nake address etc issue resokved. It was supplied with no name address for warranty of Chinese product wrongly described . No clear marking whether 120 or 220 volts as online is 110 and on booklet a pen mark on 220/240. No reply to question. False claim of FDA approval.

Works as expected. Easy to operate. I have used Phillips concentrator before and I feel this product is almost the same as Phillips.

Was apprehensive to buy the Yuwell Concentrator but after talking to Mr. Bharat, I got convinced and made the purchase. Very much satisfied. Came on time and was well packed. Bharat was kind to send a video of installation so it was easy to install. The equipment noise is very less. Oxygen purity as stated.Though I have not used it for long hours but I believe it would be good.Mr. Bharat has been in regular touch to check if all is good. Wonderful support.

The machine started having trouble in just 2 months. The customer service numbers provided with the machine are not reachable. No source of contacts. Also, they do not reply on email as well. I don't know what should I do with this machine now.

This indeed is a quality product. I was initially apprehensive as we have always had Philips machines for my father. However, after speaking with Mr. Bharat, I ordered. Prompt shipment and in time delivery. Works fine. Seems as good in quality as Philips. I am confident of getting good support as well.

I purchased for 46k,Bad product, always saying over heat and shutdown even another Chinese product 25k is working better than this...waste of money and time
