Love this book. It’s so important to actually see and acknowledge the wonderful things we already have and what we achieve each day without realising. When you stop a think you realise that the day has been a good one, a great one or actually not quite as bad as you thought. Xx

Perfect for shifting mood and mindset
I bought this book because a few months ago I was feeling quite low and despite not really being a ‘gratitude diary kinda person’ felt at the time that I had to do something so gave it a go.Honestly it’s really helped and having now completed it it’s amazing how much you gain from doing something like this daily.Whether you like journaling or not these 6 questions each day feel achievable and there is no pressure to write reems of info, keep it short and focused. I particularly liked the extra questions you get every 5 weeks that are really thought provoking.Having to document something means you put the effort into changing your behaviour and attitude and it also then forms a lovely momento of your journey and I’m in the process now of reading all I’ve put over the last few months. It’s so interesting to look back at the highs and lows and shifts.I highly recommend this little book if you are feeling low, lost, negative or generally feel you could do with some support to shift your mood.

Very pleased with my new diary/journal
I received my diary yesterday, I was instantly drawn in, I looked the introduction, filled with research to back up the information shared. I love the lay out, it's clear and inviting. I'm excited to start my new daily habit and to see what changes come of this. Thank you for such a thoughtful diary with clear and encouraging gudiance.

Nice colour and quality
The media could not be loaded. I'm really excited about this journal! I just received it and will start using it soon. It looks just as described – it's divided into a daily section, weekly questions, monthly check-ins, and at the end of each month, there's a page for personal notes. It comes with two fabric bookmarkers, which I appreciate. There's also a long introduction on how to best use the journal and an explanation for achieving positive change. I love the color and paper quality. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because this was an Amazon Warehouse product, and it seems they didn't look after it very well, as the hard cover looks a bit smashed. This is not the fault of the brand, but Amazon should look after their products in stock better.

I received my book yesterday, im enjoying reading and learning this new journey that I'm about to take, for gratitude mindfulness and to help my mental health.The book is beautifully played out with everything you need to understand about it.

Life changer! Seriously!
This book has actually changed my life. While popping pills and waiting for an NHS talking therapy referral appointment I wanted to try and do something to help myself to ease this constant hell of living with depression and anxiety because I am just teetering on the edge of ruining my life completely! As I don’t know what has happened or what the trigger has been I didn’t know how to solve the problem.The book has useful information in the front and then daily tasks. If nothing else the daily tasks give you something to focus on and you really have to start thinking. When I have completed this one I shall have another!Along side this I have been reading a couple of books and writing things down in a notebook and I am starting to learn some theories about how to cope day to day life.It may be an expensive book but it was worth every penny

Ok
I found the information at the start way to much and very repetitive. This then set the theme for the actual diary but could have been shortened down. The diary itself is ok and gets you to set goals and review them.
