Energy Hydration Electrolyte Drink Tablets, 8-Count(96 Servings), Lemon Lime

Been using this for years! Cycling, hiking, swimming and general rehydration.

After a bunch of different Nuun products, ranging from okay to alright and occasionally delving to "Whyyyyy?!" , I was disillusioned with the brand. I like the idea, though! A stop to my local bicycle shop showed me this stuff, which is a world of difference. Now, I'm not claiming that all of GU's flavors are nice. Amazon accidentally sent me Watermelon , which was disappointing. I can live with Lemon Lime. It's a classic flavor and quite importantly that flavor is prominent and strong. Nuun was kind of weak and dilute in their flavoring, particularly in newer flavors. Good experiences with this stuff so far, and it keeps me away from the calorie heavy Gatorade products.

Perfect for my bike ride.

Very convenient since you can carry the tube in your pocket or bag and just drop a tab in your water bottle, so much easier and less messy than Gatorade or other bulk powders. I also like that it isn't full of sugar, just flavorings, electrolytes and Stevia, and has quite a bit of sodium compared to some of the other products out there (which I need since I seem to lose it easily.) It also tastes good, not salty tasting and without too much of an artificial taste and doesn't upset my stomach (like the Nuun did.) To me this product is superior to Nunn, Zero and all of the others I've tried.

I buy these for my boyfriend, he says his thirst is very quenched after drinking these. The taste isn't the best, they're very salty, but definitely drinkable.

I like this electrolyte drink. I use it to stay hydrated in the summertime as well as while Mtn biking or playing hockey. Better than sugary electrolyte drinks
