Love the automatic Bluetooth reconnection!
Great value for the money! Easy set up, and I can hear it anywhere in the house. The fact that it automatically reconnects to my iPhone via Bluetooth is an added bonus.

It's Loud!
I couldn't hear my cell phone with my hearing aids out at night. With 5 adjustable sound levels, now I can hear it ringing even if I'm sleeping. It's great. In four months, I've never had a problem and never lost the Bluetooth connection. I don't know how I managed without it!

Very loud
The product is better than the description it’s everything I need to be able to hear my phone ring when I’m on call as I’m a heavy sleeper. If I could put more stars I would. You can’t go wrong with this product. And the fact it’s from a small company that produces a great product and their very personable even better.

First Time My Father Answered His Cell in Years
Excellent for designed purpose, good value for money. It's the first time in years my father was aware his phone was ringing. If I would add anything it would be a large, flashing light to aid in notification.

GREAT VALUE and BEST CELL AMPLIFIER !
It is the loudest cell phone amplifier I have ever tried. DEFINITELY wakes me up if the phone rings. Unfortunately, it does not ring that loud if you set the alarm on your cell phone clock. But it tells you that up front. I will not give it up though!!! It says it rings up to 117 decibels (fire engine siren loud!) and it does. I don't miss calls anymore because I can't hear the phone!! Would definitely purchase it again if needed. Vendor follow up has been great.

Neat Concept; Poor Product
Not recommended. When I first received this device I found that it paired with my wife's iPhone very easily and was convenient for the first two weeks of ownership. After this two weeks ended, the Renny stopped ringing. This is when I learned not to mess with Renny. The phone HAS to be resync'd each and every time you leave the house and return with your phone.TL;DR: Don't buy. It will not reconnect unless it is reset and reconnected manually whenever the phone goes outside of the range of the device.

I had problems with reconnecting and they went out of their way to help me.
The following is what I recently posted on my personal Facebook page.I don’t know how many there are of you out there, like me, who refuse to wear a cell phone strapped to your butt and are struggling with hearing problems and having trouble hearing the phone ring if you are more than a few feet away but I certainly do, or should I say, did. The little guy in the picture is named Renny Jr, I found him on Amazon and he solved my problem completely. When turned to full volume, I can hear my iPhone which lays on a table in the living room, when I am standing at the curb in front of of the house with all the doors and windows closed without my hearing aids.I initially had some problems getting the little guy to reconnect when I moved the phone out of Bluetooth range then back into range but I got a message from the company asking for input from users and told them of my problem and was contacted by the the gentleman who designed the thing who gave me suggestions as to how solve the problem. His suggestions worked and now Renny reconnects faithfully for me. Good product AND good customer service, who woulda thunk? No, Renny ain’t a cheap piece of crap either, he cost around $70, but to me is worth every penny, to free me from having to carry the blasted phone around in my pocket. And last but not least least, this is NOT a paid testimony, they have no idea that I am writing this, just my effort to help my fellow hard hearing, hard headed friends who refuse to carry a phone or wear hearing aids all the time. You’re welcome.
