I have a 60 pound Bernedoodle that loves bones. I have searched for something that she could enjoy and hopefully would last awhile. She loves the yak dog chews, but she can chew through one in about 30 minutes or less. When the bone gets down to about an inch, I trade her a dog biscuit for what is left of the yak bone. Then I take the yak bone and pop it in the microwave on a plate for around 1 minute. The yak bone will blow up like a balloon as it cooks. I take it out and let it cool. Then my dog can have a nice crunchy treat. I like them but sure wish I could find something that lasted longer than 30 minutes with her.

This is the best alternative to rawhide in our opinion. The puppers love them and we are never without them. They last a few days most of the time, which is nice as all others are gone within minutes. I like that is doesn't really have a smell and doesn't stain my blankets or sofa. Only super miner complaint I would say is the crumbs it leaves when the puppers knaw on them but again nothing the broom can't handle. My two are forever customers 🦴🐾

I have a dog who loves to swallow bones, but even she doesn’t with these.They last a long time unlike any of the many other bones we’ve tried.Bully sticks they burn through. Rawhide and pig/cows ears, they chew quickly and whole swallow.No smell at all either.These are the only ones that work!

Maggie is an American Bulldog. She will carry bully sticks and other chewy treats around to hide. Chews it very seldom. I eventually throw them out. These Himalayan Yak dog chews she loves. She will chew them for a while then hides them. Later she will bring them out again and chew it for awhile and then hides them. These I throw out when they get too small. I did try putting the little stubs in the microwave and they do puff up. She will carry it around and then hide it but has not chewed it. I've ordered these a few times and she goes crazy. It's the only chew I buy her now. They do last a good amount of time.

My dog loves them, but they're not really true to size, in my opinion. A lot of them were smaller than they should have been, which is annoying since I bought the Large pack.

Product must be good to them. My dog became so aggressive to even approach him in the area when he had this. as never had such a reaction from any other product. Don't think many people would realize the temperament change due to these had they never faced it upon any other chew of this type. He is aggressive but in a puppy way when playing but with these he is serious and warns you from his area and snapped at me and growled big, while glaring me down. Didn't think it was really a reaction of this product, but changed it several times and it was right back to the bad side again, a soon as we gave him this chewy.

My dogs seems to compete as who's gonna chew most.

I gave it to my dog and then out it back in the packet to store overnight. When I took it out the next day it had mold all over it. This has never happened with the other Yak milk bones I have bought.
