If you have arthritis in your hands, these are better to use than heavy weights. I love weights, but I do have arthritis in my hands and this band doesn't cause pain in my hands.

Not to light no to strong stretchy, to me it's perfect medium stretchy.
Got it fast, like it very much. Medium Stretchy perfect. If I decide get harder to stretch is just a matter to fold it in the middle. Like the color too. A light smell of rubber but not unbearable.
