Huge helper around the house
Prior to this LEFant I had two Roomba's and eventually had to replace batteries and eventually both of the Roomba's would randomly stop. After replacing the batteries with OEM batteries and still having the same problem I did some research and found that LEFant is superior for the price. I decided to give it a try.Connecting to WiFi,being able to monitor the battery, and the route that the vacuum takes on my Android device is very nice. I can kick off a cleaning cycle while I am away. For the most part it sweeps the whole floor (tile and short carpet) without issue. There have been a few times it has gotten stuck and eventually decided to stop, but I have since blocked those 'trouble' spots and sweeping without monitoring has been much better. After about 15 runs it seems to have mapped the house pretty well. There are random times where it seems to get confused on the tile floor and abruptly stop and turn, not sure if it thinks it sees something or if it is just part of the algorithm of how it maps out the floor. I make sure to clean the brushes and filters every time it runs and make sure it is clean without any hair or anything possibly obstructing the view and brushes.Overall I am very happy with the performance and features of this product. I hope it lasts for quite a long time as it has made cleaning a much easier task when one of the jobs that typically lasts a while is done for me.

The jury is still out.
Report #1. LeFant 5201. After 1.5 weeks of use it wanders around like bumping into everything without slowing down, like a bull in a china shop.I fail to see any sign of memory as to where it went the day before, each day is a new experience. Why they used infrared sensing instead of laser, is beyond me.2. At what battery power level is it supposed to stop and charge? It runs until it is done, or in two instances, until the battery gets so depleted it doesn’t know where it is and goes in a 1’ square cube shaped track.3. Yesterday it returned to the charging station, but failed to charge. This morning it came out of the chute, went about 2’ and erred out, dead battery.I'm pleased with the quality of cleaning where it cleans, but I’m not pleased with it’s wandering around re-cleaning areas where It already cleaned and missing, sometimes complete rooms.

22K Pa smart robot.
I got it for my office and saved a lot for hiring extra cleaning staff. I found this LEFANT M520 mainly because of its 22K suction which is really powerful. The robot is solid and portable. It fits our table and sofa well. It comes with a remote and an APP which can be used to set up and schedule routine. More importantly, it works with Alexa and Google. Basically, I can control it over Alexa. The battery is juicy and would auto-charge before it runs out of power. The remote is functional and has a mini LCD for display.

When it works it is great
This is my second unit, they seem to die after 8 months or so- the motor in the wheels dies and it will just spin in circles.. I tried ordering this unit a second time after the first one died. it is working well right now. It is connected with my phone, but will not connect with the remote or Alexa. Periodically it will turn on and start running by itself which makes me wonder if I got a refurbished unit. I have reset the unit to factory settings and cleared all information. The battery lasts for a long time which is bonus.

Disappointed. Only works manually. Do not buy
I really wanted to like this product but it simply isn’t easy to use. The instructions are difficult to understand. In addition, I am unable to program a schedule using the remote as it either doesn’t have the schedule or the remote turns off in the middle of programming attempts. The WiFi for the device has the be 2.4GHz. Since I have a 5GHz network, I cannot use WiFi or the app. Had potential but not worth the money. The whole idea for the vacuum is to clean while I am away and the only way I can use it right now is if I am home to press the button to start it. Disappointed.

M520 vs Roomba 675
We've had the Roomba 675 for the past year and have run it daily without any real issues except for replacing the drive gear after a battle with a cord, and decided to get another robot to help keep up with our two dogs. We've used the Lefant M520 for a couple of weeks and this robot has worked flawlessly, cleans better that the roomba does and is so much quieter! Really like the dual sweeper brushes and the ability to program an edge of the room path. We'll see about durability but so far I recommend this sweeper

👍👍
Love this guy, with a super hairy dog, cat, messy toddler and a newborn to look after this device has really taken a load off. It was difficult for me to find the perfect times to get vacuuming in but now don’t have to worry about that. Makes very little noise, easy to use, easy to clean and affordable. I have it run either before work or when everyone’s asleep (and it doesn’t wake them). Only thing is, keep track of all your plugged in chords, it will get wrapped up and stuck in them. Definitely recommend!!

It was decent but only for a short time
Overall this was a good vacuum. It did get stuck in the same places around the house which was annoying, but it did a good job at picking up dirt and covering the house efficiently. It never did work with Alexa, but I didn't care about that. The major flaw with this, and why I would not recommend is the horrible/non-existent customer service. No number to call, only email and they do not reply. The vacuum broke, just stopped working after 5 months, but with no customer service, it was pretty hopeless to get this resolved. Thank God Amazon has great customer service...otherwise, I'd be out $200.
