Avoid Cans With Metal Lids
Minwax products are great and I've used them for years. The recent line of metal lid quart cans are real buggers to use. The lid is factory forced on so tight you wind up damaging the entire lid trying to pry it off. This prevents the lid from re-sealing properly. Apparently they are using a lot thinner metal on the lid and can than in the past. They have gone to using plastic lids which re-seal much easier than metal lids so beware of the metal ones.
