Itsy Guzzler 3-in-1 Drinks Adapter with Slow Flow Teat

Bought to use whilst travelling abroad, and maybe for those lazy night feeds! Works perfectly with Cow and Gate 200ml ready made bottles (stage 1 and 2, bottles purchased from Boots, Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys-they all work). The teats are much faster than our usual bottles (Tommee Tippee). Our LO was transitioning between TT teats 1 and 2, we got the slowest Itsy and it was still faster than 2. I figured out if it’s coming out too fast, try to level the bottle a bit to stem the fast flow. There is an air hole just like TT bottles, it’s located in the lip of the teat. Everytime I washed the teats I would line the air hole up with the little dot on the purple ring and made sure it was at the top. This meant it did not leak at all. I wonder if this could be the issue for others that have said their leaked. Yes the teats are smaller especially compared to the TT ones but our LO loves it, just shoves the whole thing in his mouth now. We took our mini UV steriliser abroad also and was the perfect match for this. So many parents in the U.K. and elsewhere have commented on what an amazing idea this is. I use them (I bought 2 more) for day trips out which saves so much space in the changing bag rather than carrying multiple bottles. I have not tried it with a water bottle or juice box yet, but it’s worth it just for using with the milk. Will be buying next flows too. Possibly one of the best baby hack items I’ve ever bought!

This is a great product for on the go and works well with Cow & Gate instant. Only thing is the teat supplied didn’t suit my baby so it’s been a bit of a challenge finding a teat she likes. In the end I found the ready sterilised teats that come with the 70ml instant formulas worked well so I have been using those.

Tried numerous brands of bottled water, it does not fit on standard water bottles. The screw in carton part leaks everywhere, because you have to tip it up to get juice out, it won't suck up like a straw. We also tried it on hipp organic ready formula, it does not fit. Falsely advertised, not simple and easy, does not fit "most brands" don't bother buying!

Bought this as a way to battle the expected ‘baby brain’ as baby was solely bottle feeding and trying to remember everything when leaving the house was becoming stressful. Having this in the bag at all times was helpful for when I forgot to grab a clean bottle before leaving. Fits everything as intended/advertised but my only issue was that although this fits Cow & Gate 200ml Ready Made bottles it seemed to leak past the teat or plastic every time no matter how well it was fitted.

I'm so glad that I ordered two of these for our twins, as they make feeding when we're out and about, so much easier. They screw perfectly onto the little 200ml (approx 7oz) bottles of ready-made formula, so save on carrying boiling water and bottles to makeup a feed, or trying to keep pre-made bottles cold until feed time. My only minor gripe is the little plastic egg that they are meant to be stored in will only seal when all of the adaptors are screwed together, and it has no mechanism (e.g. screw thread), for closing if you only want to take the parts you need with you. As it is, this is no longer much of an issue for us as I just use two Milton mini sterilisers to hold the screw caps and teats, allowing for multiple uses, as I can clean and sterilise between feeds when out for longer periods.

I dread to think what medium and fast flow are like because slow flow just pours straight out!

I love this! It has saved me a few times when I was in a rush and didn’t have any washed bottles. Easy to clean and I sterilise it in the microwave dummy case steriliser or a mini UV steriliser on the go. So useful for going out without taking loads of bottles. The first time I used it it did leave but that’s because I was quite heavy handed with how I screwed it on to the aptamil bottle. Only gripe is it is quite fast flowing and makes my son take in a lot of air. Otherwise he has taken to the test very easily as they have a similar tip to the avent bottles.
