people complain about silly things. the usb cord sticks out? really? personally I love this ps4 stand. I've had it for a month and it works great. all I needed was a basic vertical stand to save space, so this is a good 3-in-1 deal for me. the fan is about as loud the ps4 internal fan when it kicks on, it isn't bad, I don't even notice or hear it over the tv. they're well-powered fans also, any more power and the sound of them would probably be too loud. I haven't heard the internal fan kick on so it seems to be doing it's job well. the best part is the stand itself isn't powered, so it doesn't use up an outlet on the already crowded entertainment center. it plugs into the usb on your ps4 and turns on with the console. really, if I had to say something negative... the usb ports on the front could be better. I love that it has 3 usb slots, but my charge cable doesn't plug into them all the way. so I'll think it's charging while I'm playing, then see that my controller is almost dead. I have to use them tho, since I have a 4tb expansion drive, I don't have a free plug in. not a big deal though. UPDATE: 4 months later, and the motor is obviously going out already. It makes a horrendous noise on starting up that doesn't go away. for a few days unplugging it and plugging it back in stops the noise, but now that no longer works. Perhaps the company will offer an exchange?? I'll update my review if so. UPDATE #2: I contacted kootek and they responded immediately and sent out a new unit the next day. still a happy customer. would buy again just because of the excellent customer service. thanks!

I highly recommend this stand it works incredible the fan isn't to loud and isn't really necessary anyway as long as u clean out the dust from the sides of your PS4 on a regular basis I've seen so many people on these reviews talk about their PlayStation getting loud as the reason they bought this stand and the actual solution is dust off and a thorough cleaning of all the side slots where air goes in but regardless of the fans the two controller chargers on the side are awesome the extra USB slots are awesome and it comes with 8 grips u can try out on your controller they are far from incredible grips like Montreal creek but all of this for 15 bux is a great deal mine came fully functional with zero issues if I have future problems I will update this review but so far for 15 dollars I couldn't be happier I got two new PS4 controllers a nice new stand an extra cooling fan extra USB slots and I paid about the price u would pay for a single higher quality PS4 charging chord I'd say this is a great deal!

The stand does just as you’d expect for its price range. Two working controller chargers and cooling fans built into a vertical stand. Have I seen a change in performance? Ever so slightly but I primarily use it for the charging aspect. I do like as it includes extra USB ports however. My biggest issue is that the fans are at the base of the stand. Therefore rendering them useless unless you find a way to prop up the stand one each end without covering the fans. I found a way using 2 small 1”x2”cubes. Hard for the fans to suck in air if it can’t get any air into the vents. As for the controller chargers, they work as expected. My only issue is the mounting point is quite literally just a micro-USB port sticking out. Meaning if not careful, you could easily miss the port when plugging in your controller and bend the microUSB therefore rendering that charging port useless. Other than that, if you’re careful, it does the job just fine. Pros: -Charges 2 controllers -Extra USB Hubs -Fans are silent -Solid Vertical Stand Cons: -Easily breakable mounting points for controllers -Fans are at base of the stand where they are unable to get air (their entire job) unless the base is supported and able to breathe Recap: If you’re looking for a dual charging dock for your controller, it wouldn’t hurt to pick this up. It costs about as much as a controller charging dock, but comes with extra USB ports and ‘cooling’ fans in the form of a vertical stand. Kind of the same idea as “why buy a car without AC when you can buy a car WITH kinda mediocre AC for the same price”.

This product fits my ps4 slim perfectly. For what I plan to use it for, it works quite well. Some notable factors that may affect your purchase include: 1. While it it is well built, this product does not look like it would last long around small children who are going to knock it off the shelf and other activities of the sort. 2. As you can see in my picture, the USB Hub spots will work with bluetooth dongles for wireless headsets, however, it did not work with my extended storage. The hubs are connected to the console, yes. But I do not believe they can transfer data fast enough for extended storage. Also, similar to the ps4, the USB slots do not put out a ton of power so don't expect to charge large electronic devices (very quickly) with these inputs. 3. The controller charging ports work just fine and the controllers fit quite well into their spots, but again, I will add that they do not look like they will last long if you plan on roughly pulling the controllers from their spots. 4. The fans below do not give out a huge amount of air. This is alright if you don't plan on putting your ps4 in a closed in area. Warmer environments may require a larger output of air. All that being said, I am a college student who moves his console around quite a bit. As long as you are careful with your electronic devices (as you should be) and keep the ps4 in an open environment (meaning not inside a closed cabinet) then this product will be perfect. I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone who needs a convenient addition to their ps4.

Me gustó mucho, principalmente mi punto es usarlo para cargar los controles, es cuestión de acostumbrarme para acomodarlos pero se ajustan muy bien, y el ventilador no hace ruido.

Los materiales son buenos, y llegó antes de lo esperado. Sin embargo, los ventiladores (lo más importante) fueron de muy baja potencia. Literalmente, tuve que pegar mi mejilla para sentir el aire que ventilan.
