Surco Prime Carrom Board with Coins and Striker, 12mm

Appears to be a high quality board with a smooth playing surface. It was well packaged and didn't incur any damages during shipping. However, it did not come with the coins or striker that were advertised. I can obviously purchase those elsewhere, but this creates an unnecessary hassle and reduces my customer satisfaction. UPDATE: I applaud the seller's customer service. When contacted, they promptly agreed to ship me the coins and striker.

Came in a protective package, there was no damage to the board, a little bit heavy but overall a great product. However the coins and powder which came with are not that great. Had quite a few deformed coins.

Was skeptical in the beginning. Well worth it, the build is good and sturdy. More than decent play. Minor issues like cracked coins and less than ideal finish in the back, but overall great purchase.

I liked this product ,its heavy .only thing I don't like is big visible spot on the board ,seems like they don't use clear wood . I will give him only three star

Good sturdy Carrom board generally good finish except one mark in corner of playing surface which should have been picked up by a good quality inspection if one exists within manufaturer's team. This is a fabulous family board game of all time like scrabble. Having a great time playing with our grand children and 8 years old who have never played this game before! Product arrived on time. It could do with a better protective box to prevent transit damage.

This came in with several nicks on it. Strryker is also not flat. It keeps spinning. Also the board is rough. Updated Nov2019 Now this is completely unusable. See the pictures it’s starting to disintegrate on main playing surface. Either these crooks are selling duplicate product or defective second quality products . Shame on you guys.

This product is good quality. The markings and finish on the play area are excellent. It is a very solid and sturdy board. The rubber feet on one side are nice touch and prevent you from scratching the board when you stand it on its side. The finish on one corner of the rails has a crack in it, but it doesn't affect the play at all. I would also recommend buying a bottle of Precise Elegant Carrom powder as the powder that comes with the board is not very good quality.
