Great for Neuropathy relief
This B vitamin is a godsend if you have neuropathy. The burning sensation at night is gone. Still have slight numbness, but will continue taking.

they were easy to take but due to cost we switched to a different chewable tab mfg.

This version does require allowing the tablet to dissolve under the tongue for 5-10 minutes to be wholly effective. I take 2/day and have been for years. Once I ran out on a trip and felt the effects within a week.
