crunchy and good.
I add about a teaspoon of these to my morning coffee and chew the seeds when I get to the bottom of the mug. I eat them for the tocotrienols and Geranylgeraniol . I believe they are a worthwhile addition to a healthy diet. You get used to the somewhat odd taste. I have gained a few lbs of muscle in the few months I've been eating these, so maybe they are anabolic but can't say for 100% sure.

Excellent quality, the sealed packaging with the foil layer preserves the full fresh aroma of the achiote. These are superb annato seeds!It’s a reasonable quantity per package, too so they stay fresher.
