It got here fast... I couldn't believe it.
The package was fine. The product looked great. The model numbers didn't match up with my old one and it was about 4 or 5 inches to short. I was afraid to even try it. Thought it was best to send it back and look for one with a diagram with the length measurements on it. I'm sure you have. Thanks so much.

Returned Due to Incomplete Information or substitution.
90% of this product was just as advertised, but that remaining 10% was a deal-breaker. I researched long and hard for a new chair motor for my power recliner. This product's part number was an exact match and the pictures matched also. When the motor arrived, the part number was a match...BUT! Two additional digits were present after the main part number. That would make it a revision, or a sub-model...and the wire connections were incompatible. It would have bolted right up, with no way to power it. This was not shown in pictures or print. I returned it, and Amazon took 10 days to process refund.
