This unit is strong and can pull 1/4 inch steel rivets easily. I bought a more expensive one prior to this and out of the box it did not work. This one worked perfectly.

This tool shoots blind rivets with ease and collects the mess of the stems for you. I use this on aircraft daily and this has amazing durability for the price. It gives a tight hold and a smooth finish consistently. Highly recommended....

0 star review. Product unable to do the job it was built for. ... The unit I bought had to be defective. Looked great didn't work. I purchased way ahead of the job so I missed the return window.

this comes with two fittings, black/silver. the silver has the standard ASE length thread but the stem has a taper to it. ASE threaded hose fittings do not taper. the seller told me to send it back and find one with ASE threaded hose connection that will work. Well that wasn't helpful.what i propose to do, is to turn the ASE hose connection a bit to produce a slight taper and dope the threads with teflon to air seal that fitting and get a longer seat on the thread.note that the black (steel i think) has about 1/4 inch length to it, and it also has an O ring. i suppose i could cut a silver the same length and place an O ring on it, but the longer length may be there for a reason.

I needed this rivet gun tor some 3/16" rivets that I just wasn't strong enough to pull together with a manual rivet tool. The unit arrived, but I only saw the nose piece in the gun which was way too big, and the nose piece in the plastic bag which was way too small. I had my return filled out when I discovered the other three nose pieces threaded into the base of the gun. Passing this along for anyone else that may be looking for these extra accessories. Haven't tried using the gun yet. Giving it a 5 till I have a chance to use it.

Nice rivet gun! I have used about half a dozen different ones over the years , and I'd have to say that this one seems like the smoothest and has the strongest pull out of all I've used! I've only had it a few months and maybe have only put 50 or so rivets through it. Steel and aluminum. I'll try to post a review in about 6months and a couple hundred rivet pulls later!

I should have just given it 1 star but it does work. The supplied tools are useless, easily bent one of the tools trying to get the head off. The instruction manual is really poor and there are no specs on air pressure required. It takes 2-3 triggers to pull the rivets.

Good rivet gun for DIY'r and small projects. Wouldn't trust its build quality if you're riveting professionally on critical parts.
